Procurement of Flow and Pressure Controllers for ARCS

The U.S. Government is conducting market research for a requirement to purchase flow and pressure controllers for the Automated RadioXenon Concentrator and Spectrometer (ARCS) system. The ARCS is a sampler used for the nation's nuclear treaty monitoring mission. The Government is seeking a comprehensive capability statement and a pricing estimate for the commercial items detailed in the attachment. The intended outcome is the award of a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order. • The requirement includes the purchase of flow and pressure controllers, such as MCR-100SLPM-D-DB9/CM, MC-2SLPM-D-DB9/CM, PCP-30PSIA-D-DB9/CP, and PC-30PSIA-D-DB9/CP. • The Government anticipates that this market research may support full and open competition acquisition in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.101 (b). • The pricing estimate should be valid for 60 days, and payments must be processed electronically through WAWF. • The offeror shall ensure their representations and certifications are current and complete in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at https://www.sam.gov.
