Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified Architect-Engineering (AE) firm to provide design services for the replacement and reconfiguration of domestic hot water systems at the Canandaigua VA Medical Center. The project includes site investigation, assessment, and preparation of a complete construction document package. The AE firm will be responsible for delivering 100% bid documents in 375 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
Key aspects of the project include:
• Experience with design of inpatient medical care facilities
• Experience with specialized lift station wastewater treatment plant design
• Experience in developing a phased project plan and coordinating with multiple Government stakeholders
• Experience in providing post-construction award services
• Experience with government designs and construction
• Experience with extensive site survey skills
