Description
The South Carolina Department of Transportation is seeking a qualified firm to provide full‑service janitorial (custodial) cleaning for the District 3 Engineering building in Greenville, SC. The contract covers three days per week (Mon, Wed, Fri) cleaning of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, stairwells, elevators, and exterior waste containers, using SCDOT‑provided cleaning supplies and limited equipment. The contractor must supply additional equipment, PPE, and labor (minimum two employees on‑site), adhere to OSHA and state regulations, and ensure no cross‑contamination of cleaning tools. The award will be based on the lowest responsible and responsive bid, with a 12‑month contract term starting July 1 2026.
• Scope includes vacuuming, damp‑mopping, restroom sanitizing, trash removal, glass cleaning, high‑level dusting, shredder emptying, and outdoor waste servicing.
