Phase XXII Hazardous Soil and Debris Excavation, Transportation, and Disposal

The work includes site mobilization, health‑ and safety implementation, air monitoring, excavation, loading, transportation, and disposal of contaminated soil and debris, as well as water pumping, treatment, back‑filling, and site restoration.
