TSM0010252 Avalon Boulevard TSSP - 126TH Street to Sepulveda Boulevard

Implementation of a comprehensive traffic signal improvement and synchronization program along Avalon Boulevard from 126th Street to Sepulveda Boulevard, covering roughly 25 intersections. The work includes design, supply, and installation of traffic signals, lighting, poles, mast arms, vehicle and pedestrian heads, detection equipment, and associated civil works such as excavation, concrete, and paving. • Provide and install traffic signal hardware (signals, detectors, poles, mast arms) for 25 intersections. • Perform civil construction activities including excavation, concrete removal, backfill, paving (AC and PCC), and curb & gutter work. • Include a traffic signal synchronization program and associated software integration. • Follow a detailed schedule of prices with stipulated unit prices for schedule items and an allowance for exploratory utility excavation ($18,750). • All work must comply with Los Angeles County Public Works specifications and be completed by the contract deadline.
