Description
The Pennsylvania Game Commission is soliciting bids for multiple Clearfield trait sunflower seed varieties and related herbicides to be planted and applied on State Game Lands across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The successful bidder will be required to provide approximately 4,175 pounds of Clearfield or Clearfield Plus trait sunflower seeds and 23 gallons of Beyond Xtra Herbicide. The seeds and herbicides must be received by the Pennsylvania Game Commission by no later than April 1st, 2026. The contract term shall commence upon the vendor's receipt of the fully executed Purchase Order and shall be completed by April 1st, 2026.
• The bid shall be awarded on a single line-item basis.
• The per unit and total bid price shall include the cost of all labor, materials, delivery, and all miscellaneous expenses necessary for the completion of the tasks specified in the attached specifications.
• Prices bid shall be in United States dollars and cents only.
• Payment will be dispersed based on the amount of the specified work completed as per the requirements specified in the attachment.
• The vendor agrees to comply with all specifications in the attachment.
• Failure to comply with any of the terms or conditions of this contract may result in cancellation of the agreement and claim may be made against the surety or the security for all or part of the damages sustained by non-compliance.
