Description
The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Oak Road at Mountain View Road Intersection Improvement Project. The project consists of intersection improvement, including clearing and grubbing, grading, sidewalk, curb and gutter, roadway widening, asphalt paving, retaining wall construction, waterline installation, and striping. The project requires earthwork, concrete flat work, storm drain pipe installation, and asphalt paving.
• Earthwork: Less than 2,500 CY
• Curb & Gutter: 1,424 LF
• Concrete Flat Work: 1,632 SY
• Storm Drain Pipe: 980 LF
• Asphalt: 1,583 TN
• Retaining Wall (Type P): 146 LF
The bid documents supersede any verbal or written prior communications between the parties, and the award will be made to the vendor submitting the lowest responsive and responsible bid.
