Malletts Bay Sewer Project - W. Lakeshore Dr Sewer Services

The Town of Colchester, Vermont, is seeking bids for the construction of the West Lakeshore Drive Sewer Services project. The project involves the installation of approximately 1,800 LF of 1 ½” sewer forcemain, 1,100 LF of 2” sewer forcemain, 5,400 LF of 4” sewer service lines, 4,800 LF of 6” sewer service lines, gravity sewer manholes, grinder pump stations, surface restoration, and all other necessary appurtenances. The project is funded in part through the Vermont Clean Water State Revolving Fund and is subject to various federal provisions, including the Buy America Act. • The project requires bidders to provide bid security, performance bond, and payment bond. • The project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act and requires the use of American Iron and Steel. • The project involves the construction of sewer services, which will be connected to sewer service stubs installed as part of an earlier contract. • Bidding documents can be obtained from Blueprints, Etc, 20 Ferrell Street, South Burlington, VT 05403, at a non-refundable cost of $250.00 for each set, plus shipping.
