Description
The Town of Chelmsford is seeking sealed bids for construction services from qualified Electrical Contractors for work at South Row Elementary School. The project includes the demolition, removal, and legal disposal of the existing panelboard interiors and appurtenances, and the furnishing and installation of new panelboard interiors, new panelboard covers, tie-ins, and appurtenances, as well as associated electrical work.
• The project is located at South Row Elementary School, 250 Boston Rd, Chelmsford, MA 01824.
• A non-mandatory pre-bid site visit will take place on November 17, 2025, at 10:00 am.
• Bid documents will be available on November 12, 2025, at 10:00 am on the Town of Chelmsford website.
• The bid opening date is December 3, 2025, at 10:00:00 am.
