Description
The State of Hawaii, Department of Health Environmental Management Division, is seeking a qualified bidder to provide a quote for a new custom modular elevated aluminum platform with access stairway and OSHA-compliant railings and toe boards. The platform must be delivered to the State of Hawaii Department of Health, Safe Drinking Water Branch laydown yard. The scope of work includes furnishing and delivering the platform, as well as two modular aluminum trailer access stair and platform assemblies. The contractor must ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local codes and requirements.
• The platform must be 10' x 20' x 5' finished floor height with one access stairway and OSHA-compliant railings and toeboards.
• The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment to perform/deliver the scope of work.
• The contractor must ensure the security of all equipment and materials until satisfactory delivery, acceptance, and transfer of custody to the State of Hawaii.
• The State of Hawaii shall provide all administrative approvals and notification of proposed installation activities to user groups and neighbors.
