Description
The US Air Force is seeking lodging services to support drill training near the Fresno Air National Guard Base in California. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, from May 2026 to April 2027. The contractor will be required to provide single and double occupancy rooms for a specified number of nights. The Government intends to award multiple Firm Fixed Price contracts to responsible offerors whose quotes represent the best value.
* The solicitation is set-aside 100% for small businesses under NAICS code 721110.
* Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
* The quote submission due date is 02 Apr 2026, 3pm.
* The Government reserves the right to spread the capacity equally across 3-4 contractors.
* The contractor must provide a room night price for single and double occupancy rooms, and the room rate must cover the entire contract timeframe.
