Description

The Education Service Center (ESC) Region 13 is seeking proposals to establish a pool of pre-qualified Technical Assistance Providers (TAPs) to serve and support the Navigating Excellence Through Targeted Supports Initiative (NEXT). The NEXT initiative aims to support low-performing elementary school campuses in implementing high-quality math and reading language arts curriculum and instruction, aligned targeted tutoring, and targeted community and parent engagement. The selected TAPs will provide technical assistance to districts, campuses, and school system communities to support the implementation of the NEXT initiative. • The TAPs will work with LEA grant project managers to provide overall project management, performance management, and progress monitoring towards goals. • The TAPs will build relationships with LEA leaders to align school actions with a comprehensive, LEA-wide continuous improvement strategy. • The TAPs will regularly communicate LEA progress with the TEA and actively assist LEAs with gathering, reviewing, and providing feedback on required submissions. • The TAPs will support matched LEAs in successfully completing the deliverables aligned with TEA success criteria.
