UConn - Gampel Pavilion Renovation - RFQ Phase 2

The University of Connecticut is undertaking a renovation of Gampel Pavilion, a 171,000 square foot multipurpose dome. The goal of the project is to modernize and create maximum efficiencies of the existing spaces while increasing new revenue generating areas and opportunities. The project includes four floor levels and aims to support the facility's use. Key aspects of the project include: • Building and facility construction and maintenance services • Modernization of existing spaces • Creation of new revenue generating areas and opportunities • Support for the facility's use The project is currently in the RFQ Phase 2 stage, and vendors are invited to submit their qualifications.
