The City of Columbus seeks a contractor to deliver a Youth Anti‑Violence Support Programming initiative that supplements existing youth‑development and violence‑prevention efforts. The effort centers on delivering culturally responsive, trauma‑informed activities and rapid‑response services throughout the city for one year, with mandatory monthly reporting.
• Provide one pro‑social youth engagement activity each month (12 total) that fosters leadership, conflict resolution, and community connection.
• Offer on‑demand, rapid‑response programming when incidents of youth violence arise, including outreach, de‑escalation, and resource navigation.
• Coordinate with NSS staff and community partners, attend scheduled meetings, and share updates to align with existing programs.
