The West Virginia Purchasing Division, on behalf of the West Virginia Department of Transportation, is issuing a Request for Quotation to establish a multiple open‑end contract for the calibration and preventative maintenance of a wide range of laboratory and field measuring equipment used on WVDOT projects throughout the state. Vendors will submit unit‑price quotes for each listed item; the contract will be awarded to the responsible source offering the best value for the required services. The scope includes calibration, adjustment, and preventive maintenance for devices such as air permeability apparatuses, pressure gauges, calipers, micrometer fixtures, compression testing machines, scales, moisture cabinets, humidifiers, air monitors, universal testing machines, and calibrated weights. The award will support ongoing WVDOT needs, with deliveries and services performed at various agency locations as directed by individual orders.
