Request for Qualifications Construction Manager

The Tulsa City-County Library is seeking a Construction Manager for the My Library OUR Future project, which includes replacing the South Broken Arrow Library. The project is expected to cost $13 million dollars to complete. The successful firm will work with TCCL and Ethos Architects to provide preconstruction and construction phase services. The firm will be responsible for scheduling, estimating, value analysis, constructability reviews, bidding, project administration, and continuous inspection for quality/cost control and safety.
