Description
The City of Waynesboro is seeking bids for the construction of the 2026 Waynesboro LMIG project. The project involves resurfacing approximately 1.0 miles of City streets with asphalt, including milling, bituminous tack coat, asphalt overlay, and striping for Davis Road and Manau Lane. The time allotted for completion of work is sixty calendar days. The project is funded by GDOT-LMIG and the City of Waynesboro.
• The bid bond or certified cashier’s check should be in an amount not less than 10% of the base bid.
• Performance and Payment Bonds, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price, shall be required of the successful bidder if the contract is awarded.
• The contractor shall comply with E-Verify regulations.
• Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents are on file at Parker Engineering, LLC and can be obtained upon payment of $100.00 for each full-size set.
