DOT D7 - EVSE - VENTURA FIELD OFFICE - PN

This solicitation is for the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) at the California DOT Ventura Field Office. The contract covers full electrical work for Level 1, Level 2, and DC‑Fast charging stations, associated wiring, conduit, trenching, back‑filling, and surface restoration, as well as civil site work including grading, asphalt and concrete paving, parking bumpers, bollards, pavement markings, tactile‑warning surfacing, and utility installation via horizontal directional drilling. The award will require performance and payment bonds equal to 100 % of the contract price, a 5 % retention, and compliance with prevailing‑wage, safety, insurance, and small‑business preference requirements.
