SOURCES SOUGHT FOR COOPERATIVE RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT PARTNERSHIPS HYPERSONIC INFRARED TARGET SENSING – TRANSITION OPPORTUNITY (HITS-TO)

The Department of Defense (DoD) is seeking partners for cooperative research and development partnerships to mature and transition innovations related to hypersonic infrared target sensing. The goal is to develop and deliver target sensing solutions to the DoW for intercepting maneuvering hypersonic threats and increasing detection range. The partnership will focus on one or more of the five technical areas: innovative imaging and tracking systems, optical materials, test and evaluation, modeling and simulation, and transition success. The partnership will be facilitated through a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA).
