Description
The Department of Labor (DOL) intends to award a sole source order to Asset International, Inc. for a subscription to Form 5500 data analysis services. The period of performance will commence on September 19, 2026, and will last for 3 years. The contractor will provide a database with edited Form 5500 data, including information on employer-sponsored benefit plans, financial advisors, and other service providers. The database will be available online, allowing DOL employees to query data independently. The contractor will also provide at least 50 hours of specialized analyst support per year. The estimated cost of the contract is $717,112.01.
• The database must include edited Form 5500 adviser data, linked to Investment Adviser Registration Depository (IARD) data and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) data.
• The database must provide information on employer-sponsored benefit plans, financial advisors, and other service providers.
• The contractor must provide at least 50 hours of specialized analyst support per year.
• The database must be available online, allowing DOL employees to query data independently.
• The contractor must provide quarterly data feeds and 24x7 availability.
• The database must include information on assets, geographical locations, and other general plan information.
