Binocular Night Vision Goggles

The City of San Diego is seeking bids for the procurement of Binocular Night Vision Goggles. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to extend for up to five years. The City is looking for a vendor to provide 20 units of L3H BNG-001-A48 Binocular Night Vision Kits and 20 units of Wilcox G24 Mounts. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the goods within 60 business days of receipt of an order. The City encourages bidders to take positive steps to diversify and expand their subcontractor and supplier solicitation base and to offer opportunities to all eligible business firms. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. • The City may reject any and all bids if it is in the City's best interest. • The successful bidder will be required to submit insurance documents, taxpayer identification number, and business tax certificate within 10 business days of the notice of intent to award. • The City has a Small and Local Business Enterprise program, which encourages contractors to participate and offers additional evaluation points for SLBE or ELBE participation.
