HSIP Three Signalized Intersections, Tucson - FHWA

The City of Tucson is seeking bids for the HSIP Three Signalized Intersections, Tucson - FHWA project. The project involves installing new traffic signal poles, curb ramps, and narrowing the roadway medians at various intersections in Tucson, Arizona. The project is utilizing funds provided by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and will contain the FHWA required terms and conditions. • The project includes ground disturbing work for the intersections of Broadway Boulevard / Jessica Avenue and Drexel Road / Tucson Boulevard. • The project includes non-ground disturbing work for the intersection of Irvington / Mission, where new signal heads will be installed to existing signal mast arms. • A pre-bid meeting will be held on June 23, 2026, at 10:00 am, but attendance is not mandatory. • Bids must be submitted electronically through the City's online bidding system by July 9, 2026, at 2:00 pm. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any immaterial defects or irregularities in the bids.
