Landscape and General Outside Maintenance Service for South-West Quadrant Parkways and Medians

The City of Riverside is seeking a qualified landscape maintenance firm to provide comprehensive, ongoing upkeep of parkways, medians, turf, trees, shrubs, irrigation systems, hard‑scape, and drainage assets located in the South‑West Quadrant (south of SR‑91). The contractor must deliver routine mowing, fertilization, weed and pest control, irrigation operation and repair, tree pruning, hard‑scape cleaning, and emergency/extra work response, all while complying with city‑specified frequencies, safety standards, and reporting requirements.
