The California Correctional Training and Rehabilitation Authority (CALCTRA) seeks a qualified contractor to provide a comprehensive preventive‑maintenance program and repair services for trucks and trailers used at the Avenal State Prison warehouse. The work includes routine inspections, scheduled servicing, on‑call and emergency repairs, parts replacement, and detailed reporting, with services performed on‑site or at the contractor’s shop as needed. The contract is a two‑year fixed‑term with an optional one‑year extension and requires compliance with extensive security, background‑check, insurance, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on all trucks and trailers per manufacturer recommendations and CALCTRA specifications.
• Provide on‑call (1‑3 business day response) and 24‑hour emergency repair services, including diagnostics, estimates, and part procurement.
• Submit inspection reports, repair logs, and monthly invoices; maintain required insurance, background clearances, and adhere to strict on‑site security and attire policies.
