Description
The DLA Product Test Center (PTC) is seeking a contractor to provide a DNA sequencing laboratory test equipment ensemble, including hardware, chemical consumables, installation, training, and optional preventative maintenance. The equipment must match or exceed the capabilities of the 3500 Genetic Analyzer 8 Channel and the Applied Biosystems 2720 Thermal Cycler. The contractor shall provide a turnkey laboratory equipment ensemble, including a comprehensive starter kit of PCR reagents and swabbing tools, as well as 1 day of on-site training for up to 6 individuals upon installation. The scope of work includes sample swabbing and initial detection, PCR master mix preparation, DNA amplification, and capillary electrophoresis. The contractor must adhere to ISO 9001 quality procedures and provide a comprehensive Site Preparation Guide within 15 days of contract award.

• The contractor must provide a comprehensive maintenance and lifecycle support plan, including calibration, technical support, repair coverage, and discounted pricing on standard consumable purchases.

• The contractor must provide instrument certification or verification of instrument performance upon completion of installation.
