Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide BioRad Laboratory Quality Control Products and software for the Western States Network Consortium (WSNC) medical facilities. The contractor will be required to provide pricing for each orderable item listed in the Price/Cost Schedule spreadsheet. The contract will be for a period of five years, with the option for the government to extend the contract for an additional five one-year ordering periods. The contractor will be responsible for delivering the products to the WSNC facilities and providing technical support and maintenance as needed.
• The contract is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract, meaning that the government will place orders for the products as needed.
• The contractor must provide products that meet the specifications and requirements outlined in the contract.
• The contractor must also provide pricing for each orderable item listed in the Price/Cost Schedule spreadsheet.
• The government reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time, with or without cause.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to equal employment opportunity and affirmative action.
