Description
California Highway Patrol is seeking a vendor to provide, on a weekly basis, rental and maintenance of protective clothing and related operational supplies for its Auburn Area Office. The contractor must deliver clean uniforms, mats, rags, towels and dust mops, collect soiled items, manage inventory, and replace lost or damaged items throughout the three‑year contract period. The work includes initial sizing, branding, and ongoing resupply, with performance standards for cleanliness and timeliness.
• Provide weekly rental of shop jackets, shirts, trousers, coveralls, slip‑resistant mats, shop rags, terry‑cloth towels, and dust mops.
• Deliver, collect, and replace items; maintain logs and quarterly inspections; ensure “new‑or‑like‑new” condition.
• Must hold required insurance, pass driver‑license/fingerprint checks, and comply with DVBE incentive options (though participation is waived).
