AIRPORT BAG TAGS, THERMAL BOARDING PASS AND ATB TICKET STOCK

The County of Sacramento is seeking a multi-year contract for the provision of bag tags, thermal paper, and Automated Ticket and Boarding Pass (ATB) stock. The contract will be for an initial two-year period, with the option to extend for three additional one-year terms. The County is looking for a supplier who can provide high-quality products that meet the specified requirements, including being free of Bisphenol A (BPA) and Bisphenol S (BPS). The successful bidder will be required to provide samples of their products and demonstrate their ability to meet the County's needs. Some key features of the products include: • Airport bag tags must be made of synthetic paper, 60lb weight, 2” width, 21” length, and have peel-off adhesive tabs. • Thermal boarding pass paper must be 8” width, about 720’ length, 3.1 mils weight, and have a thermal surface. • ATB ticket stock must be 7.0 mils weight, 8” length, 3.25” width, and have a thermal surface. The County is also looking for a supplier who can provide a reliable and uninterrupted supply of products throughout the contract term.
