Description
The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for the Dolores Public Lands Office, warehouse, and bunkhouse in Dolores, Colorado. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform the services. The contract is expected to be a firm-fixed price services contract with a base year and four option years. The evaluation criteria will include technical approach, price, and past performance.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws and the Equal Protection principles of the U.S. Constitution.
• The contractor must provide biobased products and meet Green Seal Product Standards.
• The contractor must use vacuum cleaners with "Sealed" or "True" HEPA filtration systems.
• The contractor must identify the specific brand of product to be used in each of the eight product categories listed.
