Headquarters Building HVAC Chiller - Game & Fish Dept.

The Wyoming State Construction Department is seeking bids for the removal, disposal, and installation of an HVAC chiller in the Headquarters building, located at 5400 Bishop Blvd., Cheyenne, WY 82006. The project includes disconnecting electrical and water lines from the old chiller, disposing of the old chiller and glycol/refrigerant, and installing a new 100-ton Trane chiller. The successful bidder will be required to perform the work in accordance with the specifications and plans provided. • The project requires a mandatory pre-bid meeting on July 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM MT. • Bidders must submit their bids through the Public Purchase online bidding system by August 4, 2026, at 1:00 PM MT. • The estimated project completion date is June 30, 2027. • The successful bidder will be required to provide a bid bond, and the cost of the Performance and Payment Bond must be included in the bid amount.
