Station Mattresses

The Northwest Fire District is soliciting quotations for as needed fire station mattresses. The mattresses will be used by firefighters and must be durable to last the daily use within the fire station. Mattresses and box springs are also to be fire retardant. Deliveries are to be F.O.B. destination. A listing of the fire stations is attached for the addresses of shipping locations. Products will be purchased on an as needed basis. Disposal of existing mattresses and box springs shall be provided upon request as part of this contract. Offered pricing must remain firm for a period of 12 months. • The contract may be renewed annually for a total time of contract not to exceed three consecutive years. • The district is seeking quotations for 21 mattresses with specific features, including a 10" memory foam mattress with a designer knit cover and gel-infused foam comfort layer. • The quotation should include the price per unit, total price, and any applicable discounts. • The district will consider factors such as cost, conformity with specifications, completeness of response, and response time when making the award.
