Environmental Testing & Consulting Services - Asbestos and Other Materials

The University of Central Missouri is seeking bids for environmental testing and consulting services, specifically for asbestos and other materials. Some of the key requirements for the contractor include: • Providing all equipment, supplies, and services specified in the IFB at the prices quoted • Complying with all specifications and requirements contained in the IFB • Being registered and maintaining good standing with the Secretary of State of the State of Missouri and other regulatory agencies • Filing and paying all Missouri sales, withholding, corporate, and any other required Missouri tax returns and taxes • Not discriminating against recipients of services or employees or applicants for employment on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, or veteran status • Complying with all applicable requirements and provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
