Description
The City of Findlay is seeking a qualified aviation‑consulting and engineering firm to provide full professional services for the design and engineering of the Taxiway A airfield lighting rehabilitation at Findlay Airport. The selected consultant will be responsible for project planning, detailed electrical and lighting design, preparation of construction documents, bidding assistance, construction‑administration, inspection, and final close‑out documentation, including FAA/ODOT grant support. This is a qualifications‑only solicitation; pricing will be negotiated after a consultant is chosen.
• Scope includes complete engineering design, specification, and construction‑administration for taxiway lighting upgrades.
• Deliverables: design plans, specifications, cost estimates, bid packages, construction‑admin reports, record drawings, and grant documentation.
• Requires demonstrated experience with FAA and ODOT aviation projects, especially airport lighting systems, and ability to staff the project with qualified engineers and support personnel.
