Description
Palm Beach County is seeking a consultant to provide engineering services for the Flashing Yellow Arrow Demonstration Project, which is funded by the Federal Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) grant. The project involves the development of design plans and associated engineering documents for the implementation of flashing yellow arrows at 28 signalized intersections in Palm Beach County. The consultant will also conduct a before and after evaluation of the benefits and impacts of the flashing yellow arrow improvements. The project is expected to last for 10 months.
