The United States Secret Service (USSS) SSD seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive preventative maintenance (PM) and curative repair services for four laboratory sterilization units (two Amsco steam sterilizers, one 75 kW electric steam generator, and one Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide decontamination unit) located at Joint Base Anacostia‑Bolling, Washington, DC. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, 12‑month base year with four optional one‑year extensions, requiring quarterly PM visits, a four‑hour callback response, and a two‑day on‑site repair response. The contractor must supply qualified, U.S.‑citizen technicians, parts, consumables, travel, and 24/7 technical support, and must meet stringent security and suitability requirements.
• Quarterly preventive maintenance on each of the four sterilizers (total 4 PMs per year per unit).
