113th MXG Machine Maintenance Repair Services (CNC & OMAX)

The District of Columbia Air National Guard is seeking information on contractors interested in and capable of supporting its requirements for Machine Maintenance Repair Services of numerical control and OMAX waterjet cutting machinery. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform the services. The services include preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and ensure user safety. The contractor will also be required to develop and maintain an effective Quality Control Plan and provide monthly status reports. • The contractor will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services for CNC and OMAX waterjet cutting machinery. • The contractor will be required to develop and maintain an effective Quality Control Plan. • The contractor will be required to provide monthly status reports. • The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all personnel performing maintenance or repair on Government equipment possess current, valid certifications from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable installation/facility access and local security policies and procedures.
