Description
The City of Acworth is seeking a qualified contractor to design‑build a multi‑use trail along Acworth Due West and Ragsdale Road. The work will be performed under a unit‑price contract and includes clearing, grading, base preparation, recycled asphalt concrete paving, concrete sidewalks, curbs, gutters, drainage structures, erosion‑control measures, signage, flashing beacons, and Permatrak handrail systems. Helical piles are required for foundations; timber piles are expressly excluded. A separate water‑line component is not part of the scope, and any water‑system work must be performed by a Cobb County Water System‑approved contractor. The bid package contains detailed line‑item quantities and requires pricing for every item; failure to price any line item will result in rejection.
