Description
The National Park Service is seeking a contractor to provide septic pumping services at Flagstaff Area National Monuments, including Sunset Crater National Monument and Wupatki National Monument. The contract will be for a base year plus four option years. The contractor will be responsible for pumping, removing, transporting, and properly disposing of septic tank contents from multiple septic tank systems. The contractor must furnish all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, vehicles, materials, tools, permits, licenses, and incidentals.
• The contract includes routine and as-needed septic tank pumping services.
• The contractor must coordinate with the park at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
• The contractor must follow site access protocols and restrictions.
• The contract duration is for a base year plus four option years.
• The contractor will be required to pump septic tanks twice a year, once in spring and once in fall, depending on park visitation.
