Prequalification of CMaR Services for the Campbell Hall Renovation Project

Virginia Tech is seeking to pre‑qualify construction‑management‑at‑risk (CMaR) firms to lead the comprehensive renovation of Campbell Hall, a historic residence‑hall complex on its Blacksburg campus. The scope covers interior upgrades, full mechanical/electrical/plumbing replacement, addition of elevators and air‑conditioning, building‑envelope repairs, asbestos abatement, and compliance with ADA and historic‑preservation standards. The contract will be awarded to a short‑list of 3‑5 firms who will then compete for the full RFP.
