Pure Water Tank

The Norfolk Naval Shipyard is soliciting bids for a Pure Water Tank. The solicitation is amended to answer bidder questions and extend the deadline for receipt of offers. The amendment does not change any other terms and conditions of the original solicitation. • The solicitation includes a list of attachments, which now includes bidder questions. • The contractor is required to acknowledge receipt of the amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or as amended. • The amendment is issued pursuant to the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). • The contract will be administered by the Norfolk Naval Shipyard.
