Town Center Baseball Field Renovation

The Town of Dunstable is soliciting bids for the renovation of the Town Center Baseball Field, located behind the Dunstable Fire Station at 28 Pleasant Street. The project includes repairing, rehabilitating, and restoring the field, as well as providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment. The bid must include all costs, fees, charges, expenses, travel, postage, fax and telephone charges, preparation of reports, electronic data, training sessions, and all meeting attendance and presentations. • The project requires the contractor to realign, level, and restore the infield, as well as edge all clay borders and strip all vegetation from the baselines and clay areas. • The contractor must also grade baselines, rebuild the pitcher's mound and plate circle, and provide and install all bases, pitcher’s mound, and base anchors. • The project includes infield and foul line realignment, replacement and installation of foul poles, surface grading and rut repair, and access path cleanup. • The contractor must ensure that their work does not interfere with the Dunstable Fire Station and Swallow Union Elementary School operations and services. • The contractor must also comply with all applicable State laws, Town Bylaws, and rules and regulations of all authorities having jurisdiction over the bid/purchase.
