Private Markets Underlying Holding Capture Services

The Teacher Retirement System of Texas is seeking a vendor to provide Private Markets underlying holdings capture services. The selected vendor will implement and provide a comprehensive platform for capturing, validating, analyzing, and reporting underlying holdings data for Private Markets investments. The scope of work includes data capture and structure, validation and methodology, document automation, reporting and service level agreements, performance measurement, exposure and analytics, integration and data delivery, foreign exchange and financing, security and assurance, implementation and support, commercial and pricing transparency, and additional integration. • The initial contract term will be five years from the effective date of the contract. • The contract may include one optional renewal term of one year. • The vendor must have at least three years of experience providing services similar to those described in the scope of work. • The vendor must comply with evaluation criteria questions located under the Questionnaire subtab in PAVES. • The vendor must provide fully loaded, firm, fixed prices or hourly rates that are inclusive of all costs of performance.
