J061--Emergency Generator Preventive Maintenance and Testing

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide emergency generator preventive maintenance and testing services at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston, TX. The contract will include monthly, semi-annual, and annual maintenance and testing of emergency generators, as well as load bank testing. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to perform the work. The contract period will be for one year, with options to extend for up to four years. • The contractor will be required to perform monthly PM and testing for emergency generators. • The contractor will be required to perform annual and semi-annual PM and testing for emergency generators. • The contractor will be required to perform load bank testing for emergency generators. • The contractor will be required to provide standard labor and overtime labor as needed. • The contractor will be required to provide repair parts, materials, and equipment contingency.
