Capsule Endoscopy

The County of San Mateo is seeking proposals for Capsule Endoscopy. The Endoscopy department is looking for a capsule endoscopy system kit that can record the small bowel through a panoramic view. The kit will provide patients the ability to mail in the capsule for review. The proposer should have experience in providing similar services for the past five years in the manufacture, sales, or leasing of the types of products and services described in this solicitation. The proposer should also be legally authorized to do business in the State of California. • The scope of work includes providing a capsule endoscopy system kit. • The proposer should have a registered Business Name and Unique Entity ID (UEI) No. • The proposer should have the required insurance coverage, including Cyber Liability, General Liability, Products Liability, Automobile Liability, Workers’ Compensation, and Professional Liability. • The proposer should provide a detailed written response describing how they meet the minimum qualifications. • The proposer should provide a project approach, including a proposed schedule and innovations. • The proposer should provide firm qualifications, including a brief description of the proposer and descriptions of similar projects. • The proposer should provide team qualifications, including a chart identifying the project team and reporting structure.
