The Navy is conducting market research for a follow‑on effort to develop, update, and support curriculum and training tools for the SCSTC (SeaPort‑based Training) program. This is an advanced notice/ sources‑sought posting—not a formal solicitation—intended only for current SeaPort MAC holders, and responses are due within ten calendar days of the posting.
