Description
The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that are able to provide landscaping services. The services include maintenance of the Westminster Area Office. The contract term is anticipated to be effective from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026. The bidder must have a C-27 Landscaping Contractor license and be registered with the DIR. The bidder must also have a past record of sound business integrity and history of being responsive to past contractual obligations.
• The services include landscaping maintenance of the Westminster Area Office.
• The contract term is anticipated to be effective from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026.

• The bidder must maintain liability insurance that meets the requirements in Exhibit E, entitled “Insurance Requirements”.
