Redevelopment of CRA Owned Broadway Properties

The City of West Palm Beach is inviting proposed offers to negotiate for the lease, purchase, or lease/purchase of seven CRA-owned properties in the Broadway Mixed-Use District. The selected proposer will be responsible for designing, financing, constructing, managing, and marketing a high-quality, architecturally distinctive, economically sustainable mixed-use project that supports the long-term revitalization of the Broadway Corridor. The project aims to encourage creative and innovative proposals for the highest and best use of the properties to support continued economic development of the area.
