Description
The Troup County Board of Commissioners is seeking a general contractor for the construction of the 1st Tee Clubhouse Building. The project includes the construction of a clubhouse with a monolithic concrete slab foundation, structural framing, sheathing, siding, roofing, and installation of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary materials, labor, and equipment for the project. The project must comply with all applicable building codes, national electric codes, national energy codes, fire life safety codes, and ADA handicap accessibility codes.
