Description
The NIH’s NCATS Division of Preclinical Innovation seeks a qualified vendor to provide one‑year preventative maintenance for three Molecular Devices FLIPR high‑throughput assay instruments (two Tetra units and one Penta unit). The contractor must supply factory‑trained field service engineers to perform comprehensive inspections, optical checks, fluidics maintenance, mechanical verification, calibration, software updates, and operational testing, and then deliver a detailed service report. The government will coordinate scheduling and provide facility access, but will not cover travel costs. Deliverables include documentation of performance attributes and a final service report emailed to the project officer. Evaluation will consider price, technical capability, warranty, and delivery schedule.
