The City of Salina is seeking a qualified contractor to fully demolish a dangerous residential structure located at 1616 West Crawford Street and to complete site remediation, including utility disconnections, debris removal, backfilling, grading, and final site cleanup. The contractor must hold the appropriate state‑licensed demolition or general contractor credentials, provide required bonds and insurance, and adhere to a 90‑day completion schedule after notice to proceed.
• Complete demolition of all building components, foundations, and ancillary structures.
• Disconnect and cap water, sewer, gas, electric, and telecom utilities; obtain inspections.
• Remove debris (max 8 loads/day), backfill, compact, and grade the site to finished grade.
• Install site safety barricades, signage, drainage grates, and perform final cleanup with a two‑year warranty.
